  • Google and its partners may use cookies (such as the NID and IDE cookies) to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
  • Personalised ads are only served if you grant consent via our cookie banner.
  • If you do not consent, you will see non-personalised ads (contextual, not behaviour-based).
  • Google's use of advertising cookies is described in Google's Privacy & Terms and How Google uses information from sites.
  • You can also control personalised advertising directly at Google Ads Settings.

Affiliate links & disclosure

Some pages contain affiliate links to partners such as comparison services, banks, insurance providers, and language schools. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign-up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate partners are third parties with their own privacy policies, and the affiliate provider may set cookies or collect data when you click their links. We clearly disclose affiliate relationships on pages where they appear and in our Terms of Service.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, which process data under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised usage statistics. Google Privacy Policy
  • Google AdSense — advertising (when active). Google Privacy Policy
  • Affiliate networks (e.g. tarifcheck, C24, and others) — only when you click an affiliate link.
  • Cloudflare — CDN and hosting; processes technical connection data (IP address, request logs) to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and (when active) advertising. For a full breakdown of the cookies we use and how to control them, please read our Cookie Policy.

Data retention

  • Contact emails: kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
  • Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for the retention period configured in our GA4 property (currently 14 months, aggregated).
  • Cookie consent choices: stored in your browser (localStorage) until you clear them.

International data transfers

Some third-party providers (including Google) may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA. Where transfers occur, they are based on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework — see Google's compliance information.
